PBX Operator/Dispatcher or Receptionist: This 20-week certificate program gives you intensive hands-on training on an electronic digital phone system and PBX console to handle phone calls effectively. Learn to operate and program electronic phones, develop communication skills, know what to say when,  manage challenging and angry callers, and acquire proper telephone etiquette.

Customer Service Representative: Exceed your customer's expectations with this 25-week customer service training. The focus of the program will address internal and external customer relations, face-to-face interactions, and communications using standard business equipment.
